CLIENTS are the most important people in our office, in person, by mail, internet, or phone. A client is not dependent on us. We are dependent on them. Clients are NOT an interruption of our work; rather the purpose for it. We are not doing a favor by serving them. They do us a favor by allowing us to serve, A client is not someone to debate or match wits with. Nobody ever wins a debate with a client. A client is a person who brings us their wants. It is our job to handle them profitably-to them and to ourselves.
